Units come with stacked washers and dryers for convenience.  Rents range from $949 a month for a studio to $2,893 a month for a three-bedroom unit.  Pre-rentals have put more that half the units as leased, the studio apartments are completely leased out!  Each unit has 9-foot ceilings, sliding barn doors to the bedrooms as a way of eliminating wasted space from traditional doors, adding to a more open feel within each apartment.
